I commend Ford Service for trying to assist customers via the forum. You don't see that type of proactive support very often.

Mine just took 22 days. I'll get it back today from the CNG shop. The dealership only told me my engine had an oval cylinder. Never would tell me which one and I'm not really happy with the info I have from the dealer. I never want to go through this again.

Here's my update. I took my 2011 F150 FX4 to the dealer in late January. They replaced the Catalytic Converter and told me that was the problem. I still have the engine knock. I haven't taken it back yet because I haven't had the time. The Ford Service folks on this Forum have been great. The people at the dealership were nice. Unfortunately, they don't seem to want to own that the problem is in the engine. They have been swapping parts (guessing) and following tech bulletins from the beginning. It's frustrating that I have to continue to take the truck back to dealer. That costs me time and money. I am getting ready to call the dealer and schedule another appointment. If the problem is not fixed this time. I will own a new truck from somebody other than Ford. A very hard thing for me to say.
