Catch can has been installed, and after driving a short 13 miles I already collected clear water in it. Going to drain it tonight (200 miles so far) and see what comes out. Will post pics

At that rate, how often will you have to be draining this can? Seems like a lot for 200 miles!!

Draining it every fill up.

Here's another shot after another 200 miles. What's at the bottom is mostly water. Glad it's not going into the motor any longer!

So I take it the draining process is easy? I really need to do this. Can't believe what is coming out of that.

Yep really easy...just pop the hood and turn the release valve 90 degrees.

The bad news:

After all this rain and 1500 miles of travel for the holidays I experienced 2 shudders while making in excess of 12 psi of boost (OBDII monitor on my Android). Today was the first dry day and on the way to dinner I decided to give it a WOT run. Immediately the truck shuddered, revved and held 5,000rpm, and then went into limp mode. After about 30 seconds it regained normal operation. No flashing lights or CEL. After dinner though, it did throw (again) a P0030, which tells me it dumped some more raw fuel into the passenger side bank. I am going to take the CAC off tomorrow and will post up the finding. Will probably also drill a weep hole while Im at it.

A buddy of mine suggested we attach an electronic valve onto the bottom of CAC and while the ignition is on the valve is closed, but turning the ignition off opens the valve. Sounds like a decent idea, rather than have a permanently open hole in the CAC.

Must be a humid climate thing. I removed the CAC on my 2011 to clean it out and drill the hole @ 21k miles and it was bone dry so I just reinstalled it.
I just drilled the hole about a half hour ago on my 2014 @ 15k miles and no moisture or oil dripped out.

I hear little reports from the 13-15 model years having this issue. I think it might have something to with the newer models having the external bov. That would allow it to vent into the atmosphere instead of the motor ingesting the moisture.

This is a good read...and I'm starting to think a good upgrade too!

2015s are a different design as well from the 2011-2014 model years. If anyone has the exact differences I'd love to hear them.

I wonder if just installing a Tial BOV would do the trick...but I've read on the forum that just installing it can cause an abrupt rich fuel condition if the stock integrated BOVs are left in place.

Redcelica, don't be surprised to see that it may be your throttle body.
