I did this mod to my '13. It's pretty loud with the livernois tune I have.

Foose, have you had a chance to log your boost PSI on your truck with the Livernoise tune? Mine runs at most 13psi stock. Was wondering if Rick and them guys raised the PSI any with the tune.

I read somewhere that others have seen 19 lbs of boost with this tune. I don't have a boost gauge so I can't confirm that. I'm positive it has more boost than stock. It's totally different truck now. Pulls like a diesel!

I would guess Livernois is running close to 19 psi like most of them. I did this to my truck for all of 45 min before putting the pipe back on. It just doesn't sound right, I'm running the MPT 91 tune which peaks at 19 and I wasn't impressed with the sound. Even a truck stock running the 13-16 psi would sound better with a HKS, GReddy, Tial BOV. This truck just sounds silly letting the air off stock and the additional psi doesn't make any difference in the sound, just more so how long the psssht is

Yeah, I've also heard of this PSI on the '11s and '12s, but have not heard any tuned numbers on the '13s. I doubt they are running as high as the earlier models. Then the '13s would be making more power with that high of boost with a tune, but the tuners are claiming they are getting the same power out of the '13s.

I have an '11 Eco that I have logged on, and it runs a little over 3psi more boost stock than my '13 does. So this is another reason I believe our trucks won't have as much boost with a tuner.

Totally agree with you! So can't wait for my Full Race I/C to come in with the Tial Q BOV. I've always thought the Tial is one of the coolest sounding BOVs. Especially under big boost!

sub'd

My '13 makes a bypass noise if I give it 50% throttle coming off a stoplight then let off of the throttle. When its cold in the morning the bypass valve is extra loud.

It's loud enough to hear echoing off buildings. I can't imagine any louder
