I'm also interested in a better explanation of the PID's. I understand most of the critical ones but noticed while trying to log some of the throttle position pids that the the PCM seems to be closing the throttle when the pedal is on the floor. Not sure I'm using the right PID's though.

Here's one. Turbo waste gate percentage. How do you make sense of this one. The plot on the graph is all over the place for this PID and I can't make sense of it.

Also what numbers would be concerning to these logs? Or is there somewhere on the internet you could direct me that will tell me the meaning and where the numbers should be. Any help would be appreciated.

Another question. I created a dlf/dlx file to log knock and exported it to the device (live wire ts).

When I try to setup the logging screen on the device I don't see the knock pid I exported. I want this pid visible on the device screen.

No problem logging to the computer. I just want knock as a digital gauge on the live wire device. You can set the gauges up with a visual alert if it exceeds a preset limit. Figured it would be nice to have for that tank of bad gas one day.

Hey sorry guys I know this is kinda off topic a bit but I figured you might know but is it possible to just buy the livewire device for the gauges even after I have the SCT unit with custom tunes on that? I really wanna be able to read what's going on with the engine.

Thanks
Brandon

Why not get your custom tunes just switched over to the serial for the livewire? Most places that write custom tunes will do that for free as only thing they have to change is the serial number of the tuner. Assuming it was a custom tune for a SCT unit
