How much to replace a 5.0 Engine?
Got the dreaded P0012 code with check engine light. Dealer says the engine is sludgged out. They are talking to Ford about whether this will or will not be covered under the Ford Extended warranty. So.. curious about how much this could cost to replace the engine and what options are there?? The truck was running OK and this is the first time the CEL has come on. Trying to figure out if there is some known issue with this engine.
