I have the column shift and it does have it. It's part of most packages. On the window sticker it will say select shift. I like it but it's not replacement for a clutch and manual shifter.

My XLT has it but I have never used it. I was told that it was included with the tow package.

Meh, it's not that fun. If it worked like a twin-clutch sequential Ferrari....that might be fun, but it doesn't . The transmission still shifts when it wants basically.

I use mine mostly in traffic. Rather keep it in 3rd or 4th than go up,and down in certain traffic patterns.

Me? I'd love a 6 speed stick...
I love my eighteen speed. Thirteen will do also, or fifteen. Just takes a few minutes to get used to the shift pattern.lol

I like the feature but it is not necessary. If you leave it in drive and hit the - button you can lock out the gears all the way down to first. And you have to hit the + button for it to up shift. But tow haul mode and manual mode combined makes the truck feel totally diffrent.
