No flex pipe is still there. Flex pipe is on the cat back.

I have the Livernois catted downpipe with otherwise stock exhaust... And I also notice a little vibration, the first time I towed my trailer after installation I heard a very strange sound... It must be just the sound bouncing off the front of the trailer??

I had the vibration pretty bad with mine. If you didn't cut the heat shield closest to the turbo on the passenger side then it will rattle and vibrate. I still have a little more hammering to get mine where I'd like. It was touching on the top side of the pipe. Just run your hand along the top side of the downpipe to see if it's touching. I bet that's your vibration/ rattle.

I removed my heat shield on the passenger side completely. I still get a rattle somewhere from the sounds of it behind the y-pipe.

I know if the vibration doesn't die down the cats will be coming off and the stock cats will go back on. The gains are nice but the noise/vibration is annoying. Keep your eyes open there might be some high flow cats for sale.

Loosen all the joints in the exhaust, and then re tighten. Chances are something is in a bind from heat cycling, and relieving the bind will reduce or eliminate the vibration.
