Help me protect my intercooler!

I fabricated one from expanded metal it bolts in with 4 1/4 grade 8 bolts through the existing holes in the bumper where the L.P. bracket bolts on non EB trucks it is rock solid probably stronger than the bumper. I also drilled 2 holes in the top bracket that holds the intercooler and hung my light bar from there also rock solid and the light bar [14 in. led]sits high in the opening and behind the expanded metal so it is protected as well this set up has very little air flow restriction and has no effect on the operation of the truck even in the heat of the AZ desert. I would love to post pics but as of yet cant figure how with the tools I have.

Madorski: I have something for you....
I got this heavy-duty 1/8" thick stainless steel intercooler guard right after I took delivery of my truck.....and then changed it out to a different design that matched my grille pattern better.
The right angle ends were designed to screw into the plastic bumper pads...but I think it would work best for you with the ends trimmed off and bolted directly to the holes on either side of the grille opening.
It's just taking up space in the garage now...and the initial coat of paint is chipped....but if you are interested, I'll send it to you for the cost of shipping from California to the Great White North.
PM me if you are interested and I can get a shipping estimate. We send our Door Detent 3.0 product to Canada by US Priority Mail and it's pretty reasonable.
