Has anybody had the 55 mph shutter this bad?
On Saturday I was setting snowmobile trails and bottomed the truck out when I was crossing a fence line. There was a rock buried in the snow and the truck high centered on the drivers frame rail. Ripped the O2 sensor wire off so I had set a code because there was no feedback from the sensor. Even without the sensor, the truck was running great. On Sunday I even towed a trailer and had no problems. This morning it was pretty cold. I saw -4 when I left. Truck was very sluggish and had to down shift for the slightest hill. Even at half throttle, it was also building an insane amount of boost. I think I saw 24 lbs at one point. This is like the 55 mph issue, but worse than what anybody has seen before. Of course, when I got to the dealer I couldn't replicate the issue for the tech.
Idiot dealer charged me $95 to diagnose the 02 sensor and says he doesn't need the video to diagnose the wastegates because the computer will have stored the code.

What has me stumped is the sky high boost numbers. Rarely will I see 22lbs of boost. Only for a brief moment when WFO. Here, at half throttle I was holding 22lbs and peaking at 24lbs.

So you had a problem before the plugs but it looks like the plugs made it worse. Does it have a problem when running stock tune? Maybe its a 5* issue. Maybe spend a few bucks on another tune.

I doubt it's a plug issue because it just appeared this morning. Plugs have been replaced for a few weeks now. I don't think it's related to the 02 sensor either because the wires go pulled a few days ago. I thought maybe the turbos were barking, but the sound isn't right and my throttle position was constant.

Are you warming up the engine before driving?

Warm up time appears to have no effect. Starting, running and then shutting the engine off solves the problem. 5 star asked that I go back to the stock tune because they test down to 10d and I might be falling off the map. We'll see. Supposed to be -4 on Thursday...

Well, the stock program made the issue less dramatic, but it's much more frequent. I also set a engine code P0016; Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A). Anybody have this code on their truck? Gaud, I hope it's not the cam phaser failing. That repair is supposed to be obscenely expensive.
