Even with track times/speed I'd be hard pressed to believe much as my times can vary wildly between runs without changing anything. I run fastest if I can drive slowly and roll right to the staging lanes, my intake temps are at their lowest. I noticed if I hot lap, making two or three passes back to back my temps will be low on the intake and it runs faster. Sit at all the temp rises on the intake and I slow down.

My very best 60' was not my best overall in either category. Best was low 1.8s ( think it was 1.805) but the top end was off, I have attributed this to the shifting on the top end. I was going to do some testing with the shift points but the track closed for the winter sooner than I could return. My best ET 13.974 had a 1.937 60'. Pushing hard from the line it spins all four.

Peak is around 10/10. At some points its like 20hp/20tq. I'm estimating from the graph.

That's what I've found on intake air temps also.

Also agree on 60's vs ETs. My best et is 13.808 @ 96.316 with a 1.975 60'. Best 60' was 1.885 with an et of 13.873 @ 96.47, (different days though). Both stalled up at line in 4w, some spin on all 4. Ran it yesterday launching at idle with 2.149 60' with et of 14.050 @ 97.55.

Btw, I haven't really seen any gain from removing the 2 1/2" resonator section & replacing with 3" straight pipe & using the Magnaflow muffler, it isn't loud with the long Magnaflow though.

My point exactly. I'm not going to spend $300 if I can spend a $100 and achieve the same results.
