Just search "Fumoto Valve" on Google and you will be taken to this page:

http://www.qwikvalve.com/

Choose your vehicle options and you will see that the part you need is 107N which has the nipple on it.

FYI the EB uses the same one as well.

You will not need the extra adapter that the ecoboost needs to clear the pan.

Amazon Amazon

I got the F-107N and installed 36" clear vinyl hose, so I can drain right into the bucket. Works great, and money well spent.

I bought mine a couple months ago. Can't wait to get it installed and use it.

I must have been living under a rock for all these years...

I had one on my duramax. It made oil changes very clean and very easy.

I'll put one on my Eco once the first oil change is due.

Just got 2 of these last week. One for the truck and one for the Mustang(both 3.7). Wait for oil change times now.
