thanks olli - the good thing about the bungs is that you can easily plug them, and like you said if you ever go that route in the future its easy to implement

The 2013 uses an electronic BOV which I am not a fan of. Im working on a couple designs to try and keep the stock electric BOV, but not sure which (if any) will go into production - been considering using an external aftermarket BOV ...

I look forward to hearing results with someone who has the condensate problem solved with your CAC, will order the same day, as Ford seems to not really care. How about a turbo for my Tundra?
Thanks, we are also of the belief our system will help solve this. Once we have people running these FMIC's in the field with long-duration light load/ part throttle cruising if anyone can get it to happen on our IC i will be surprised. funny to hear your "lead foot wife" has no complaints, yet you have had the condensation problem 3 times, that seems to be very common actually.
If you are towing a heavy load often, and find yourself with elevated water temps - an external oil cooler located in the original FMIC position would be a good bet.. Ive been working on an external oil cooler kit (and debating pulling the winch off of our truck in favor of it..)

Well that kinda sucks. Why did they switch to an electric BOV? I know your busy so ill leave the questions alone till i hear more about modding 13's. Seems like they made changes for the worse when i comes to mods.

the electric BOV is less expensive to mfg (only 1 and all plastic) and also quieter with the built in muffler chamber. The belief is most people (non enthusiasts) do not want to hear their turbos working. One thing that is interesting is the 2013 PCM is a hybrid between the 11-12 F150 and the 11-12 flex/SHO in order to accomdate this and a few other changes

That is interesting. I'm surprised there aren't any FRPP's or roush parts for the Eco. Other than exhaust. I can see how they want the turbos to be silent for the people that just want the power and mileage but know nothing about what's at work under the hood. Most likely would turn people away if it made any noise other than that of a simple NA v6. I look forward to the future of the Eco regardless. Thanks for the info!
yes we will have data as soon as the fmic is shipped to us @ Tuners Inc. We will also be datalogging with an Aeroforce gauge during street driving before and after install.
got my intercooler ordered, looking forward to working with you Geoff.
What did you end up going with? Paint, bungs, etc? Truck looks incredible by the way, really like the website too. Makes my trucks build thread look so little though lol

just as it comes. don't need the black anodizing as we want to show off the intercooler through the grille, and we'll add our own bung for our methanol nozzle.
if you think my stock truck looks good now... hopefully you'll like it next month when the TrueForged 20" Victory wheels come in and the 3.5/5 DJM drop is installed.
