Default First fill-ups on 3.7 engine.....

Filled the tank 4 times so far with just 1658 miles accumulated.... almost all local......
#1= 298 miles: 21.28 MPG....yes, I 'babied" it while it was brand new and the mileage was 50% 4 lane hiway, 50% local rural.

#2= 311 miles: 18.94 MPG..... almost all local rural driving

#3= 386 miles: included trip across Florida to watch shuttle launch, trip over to Canaveral on-board computor was showing over 21 MPG, return was terrible with 3 hrs to go 10 miles !!! on-board computor showing 15.1 MPG total trip !!! ended home with computor showing about 18 MPG..... fill-up actual was a surprise at over 19.

#4= 263 miles: 19.49 MPG... again, normal local rural driving with some idle time.

All fillups were with local gas using about 10% ethanol ( UGH!) truck smooth and quiet, temps even with extended idling times at Titusville remained steady and moderate.... comfort was just great!

Reminder.... 2011 Screw, 3.7 engine, 3.73 rear, 6 speed auto trans. ( and a beautiful Candy Apple Red w/ silver accent paint bottom!) Am looking forward to taking a trip and checking hiway mileage..... in all cases, on-board computor was displaying lower MPG than the actual figures noted from a fill-up.

Nice. Thanks for the update. My 97 4.2 would never get over 14.9-15 with local driving.

Had my first fill up today. Man, that 36 gallon tank is expensive to fill.

3.7L 4X4 XL SuperCAb 3.73 rear. 17.2 MPG 75% local driving.

I expect MPG to improve. So far I am pleased.

same experiance for me. I have an 2010 4.6 v8. the on board comp is saying 16mpg but I am really seeing about 20 mpg. I do alot of hyw driving. I read in the manual that on board comp is making a "best guess" based on presets and last 500 miles driven. I did notice that my mpg went up after the first 500 miles on the truck. Took the comp to figure out my driving style and adjust accordingly. So far Love The Truck.
