It only does it under this light throttle though, under WOT or heavier acceleration it doesn't do it.

Took the Roush intake off at lunch. It seems to be less severe than with the intake......but......I am pretty positive the intake was helping this thing breathe.

Well I think that my Roush intake was exaggerating the problem. I took it off and the problem decreased significantly. This is good, cause the tuner does more than the intake did alone, but, I miss the sound of the intake.
So, I am keeping the tuner and selling the intake. Going to try the Volant when Roush sells.
Also, the boost dumping at low rpms, with the Roush gone I was able to better understand what was happening.
It shift early, many have point that out with the tuner. Well, I think it is shifting so early that the engine rpm (airflow) isn't enough to support the turbos at the current boost level. So the "dumping" of the boost is actually the motor unable to produce boost for that 1 second or so. This I can handle.
Also, others who have this already. Have you noticed the MPG on the Bully Dog seems to be inline with what others have reported for MPG gains? I usually get 16.5mpg on my driving around on a tank. My truck readout has been 14mpg, but the Bully Dog is reading 18mpg, which is 1.5 mpg better than the 16.5 I used to get.
I am going to fill up tomorrow, reset everything (odometer, bully dog avg mpg, and truck mpg) and then compare when I put fuel in next time.

Just FYI I have a bully dog watch dog and the fuel mileage readout is way off from the factory. I had to "calibrate" mine. It was reading 21mpg for a tank when I actually got 19.1mpg hand calculated and on my ford readout. I followed the instructions and adjusted the fuel mileage display and now it reads right on most of the time.

I also have a blend of 87 and 93 in the tank (should calculate to around 90-91), not sure if that would matter, shouldn't.
