Is there something there for a 2011 f150 5.0 bone stock with 70,000 miles? Does this kit come with everything including the spark plugs? And will it work fine with stock exhaust? Thanks

If the truck has been well maintained then 70k miles shouldn't be a problem. At low boost levels you can just re-gap the spark plugs (but at 70k miles it wouldn't be a bad idea to change then and go one step colder plugs). It will work with the stock exhaust.
