Default Ecoboost Tune Recommendations...

after reading hundreds of pages about different tunes, I'm probably more confused than before I started.

If you have a tune, let me know whose tune, what you like about it, and if you could have changed anything, what would that be?

Daily driver with 3" Solo downpipes, 3" modified factory exhaust, AFE2 intake.

More power tuning 87 performance and 93 race. Wouldn't change anything about them. I'm running 3" off road down pipes and a soon to be 3" cat back with an intake.

I have been running 5* tune 87 PT and 93PT for quite some time.
Love the shifting, throttle response and power.
Wouldn't change a thing about them. I actually adjusted shift pressure up slightly with my handheld on the 3-4 shift cause I thought it was the transmission but I think it is the boost bleeding off causing the sounds that I am hearing. Probably going to vent to atmosphere when it warms up and see if that changes it. Also thinking this will fix the "thumping/pop" in the intake that you hear with aftermarket intakes.

I recently added Solo HF cats and Mach X dual catback and are really happy with the combined results.

Also running the Airaid Synthamax intake.

I am looking into Troyer Performance. I have spoken with President of the Company and from what I have heard and seen at their shop I am impressed. Plus they are located about 25 minutes from my house so I can have them put my truck on their Dyno to see just how well the custom tunes help. Unfortunitely I have other obligations that need to be handled first before I drop the money on a customer programmer.

I used Troyer on my 07 Roush charged lifted F150. Mike is a great guy and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He will talk your ear off on the phone but it is always some really GREAT information.

Have the Livernois tune and absolutely love it !!!!!!!!! This truck rips !!!!!! Running the 93V tune and will not change it until I pull my trailer. Rick is a first class professional and great to do business with. Wouldn't change a thing and would buy it again if I was doing it over. My mpg did improve with the 87 tune, I can't keep my foot out of it long enough with the 93 tune to get a fair mpg figure.................................

Livernois is top dawg in the tuner game for the ecoboost. They got my business for my 2013 Limited. Don't think twice buy Livernois period all the performnace tunes and tow tunes you need and you can hold 4 tunes plus stock tune on tuner

But who's at the top of the 1/4 mile list??? Not livernois huh. Just messing. I love my livernois and would never dream of swapping. Just thought it was worth mentioning that Turbopete doesn't run livernois tunes.
