Ditto, I am actually going to go out remove the ones in my new truck right now. When I did my other truck it felt smoother yet just a touch louder I found. It was a good louder in my books though.

Wednesday I got a check engine light. 0299. I updated the tune yesterday (though all it said was "checking memory" for 3 minutes), e-mailed Superchips if there was any update, They e-mailed me back saying I had Just downloaded the most recent update. Then I went out and re-installed it.
Same result. Whistle cycling under moderate throttle.

I've had a chance to make my run a few times from Colorado to Texas with the tune installed.
Here's what I've got so far.
8000' above sea level, loud, hard to avoid cycling with jerky acceleration
5000' above sea level, loud, hard to avoid cycling with jerky acceleration
3600' above sea level, Normal operation, no cycling.
So it appears the breaking point is somewhere between 5000 and 3600 amsl.
Also of note, the mileage calculator on the truck is no longer accurate. Last night it was showing 19.5mpg for a tank, and the actual hand calculation was 17.5...which is no change from what I was getting stock. Now, I did actually see gains above stock when running ethanol free gas, but there is only one station along the route that sells it.
Superchips sent me an e-mail telling me to update my tuner, but I'll wait until the whole 6th gear debacle is sorted out.

I'm having the exact same problem, why is only some trucks having this problem? It must be either altitude (i'm at 3500ft). or maybe because mine is a 2013 there are minor changes to the 2013 intake I know this because I got a 2011 AFE intake and it doesn't fit. I'm going to change my intake out to an AFE see if that makes a difference. I've heard only bad things about superchips for the ecoboost and only good things regarding the livernois, may trade up.

Dude, calm down. You're reviving ancient threads about this issue. Maybe you should have done a little research before purchasing the Superchips. 3 threads on the same issue within minutes is a bit much. Your truck isn't hurt but I would send it back and get a different tuner. Good luck!!!
