You saw what I said. My feeling is to give folks the information they need to make good decisions and not turn it into a "my tune vs your tune." I've been burned more than once by "the best." I don't care for attempts to block information either.

Your remarks are no better. I don't understand why you felt the need to stir the pot here. A time slip was posted. We never advertised more than a time slip. Someone stated a price issue and it was stated the current price. You can run whatever tune you want. But your post itself holds little water here. Frank posted a TUNE only time ( no meth, no nitrous, no downpipe, no traction helpers). So your "same as fastest tune on the planet" comment doesn't compare apples to apples. All it did was changes the focus of this threads intent. As falcon said there was no issue initially until you showed up.

Just my opinion and observation.

Disclaimer: yes I am SSI tuned but that doesn't change my observation here. If this site wants to have a comprehensive list of quarter mile times then we have to be able to post slips. Otherwise it's really note a complete and fair list. It would then be a list of sponsored tune times.

Let's be open minded and let this thread go back to Frank and his incredible feat of breaking into 12s tune only pump gas.

Dewser, I find your response very troubling. Nothing in this thread started as "advertising". This thread is no different from the fastest Livernois or MPT tune review threads. I am 100% positive the exact same banter is entertained on the respective sites. How much research did you do before tuning your vehicle? Did you reference articles and forums? You do understand that the feed back and recommendations are the definition of "word of mouth" marketing. Every time a fan posts a review they are either sponsoring the vendor or relating a bad experience, that's advertising. We do not lock these threads so why lock this thread? Because you take something out of context? It would appear that you take serious issue with this vendor. This is unfortunate. Unlike other respectable tuners on this forum, SSI was the only tuner to address critical elements of my tune avoiding me costly repairs that other tuners ignored just to smoke tires through a shift and lean out mixtures as the engine soared through the redline. Not for me, but I am not about to go to their sites and cut and paste the same false claims and banter between like minded people. That's childish and immature. Your responses make me think you are they guy that thinks all black people look the same or that women belong in the kitchen. Your inability to formulate a complete and coherent argument only lends to the perception that you are young and naïve. This is unfortunate for you as life is hard enough already. I won't insult you by finishing that statement but I will encourage you to approach things in the future with more couth and less emotion. I wish you luck dewserb. I'm out.

If you ever had a problem with an SSI tune, apparently you never tried to get it fixed. Shawn takes problem trucks as a personal challenge, he won't quit unless you do.
