Default Ecoboost plug question

At the end of February I found a 2012 still on the lot and got it with a good deal. It has a sept 2012 build date. I have been reading about the plug issue some have had and was going to check mine soon and was wondering since I will already have them out just replace with better ones or go with the stock plugs?

stocks are fine and if they are not cracked or broken i would just check the gap and that is all. the oem plugs are very good and it would be a waste of money to replace them so soon.

my 2 cents

Stock plugs are fine, just check the gaps. Mine were all over the place from .036-.048.

My thought is, if they are out, you might as well put new ones in. Plus if you crack one at least you have a backup.
