To answer all the questions:
1) Yes the white Eco Screw FX4 F150 has a lift - it's a 4" Rancho lift with 9000XL gas adjustable shocks, 18x9 Fuel Hostage wheels with a 5.75 backspace, and Nitto Terra Grappler 325/65R18 Tires. Has 4:10 gears, and a undercover tonneau cover. As for installation I had my Ford Dealer do it directly and it was part of the over all purchase (dealer installed options for my factory ordered truck). Parts (lift, wheel, tires etc, where 10% over their wholesale cost and their labor was a bit more than the typical 4x4 shop, but with parts and labor combined it was cheaper than any local shops and my local Ford dealer says I should not be worried about any warranty issues as they installed the lift etc etc....Also had a $500 rebate from Rancho on the lift that they were running (dealer made me a separate receipt that I included with the rebate form.
2) Back to the topic of this post - I finished painting the cover last night in Red, then started to hand paint the lettering. However, as the letters have a curved edges it was almost impossible to keep the edges clean......so a couple more coats red paint.....followed by clear coats I did tonight and I'm leaving to cover all Red. I did a similar cover for my sons Lancer over the holidays and the lettering on his engine cover had sharp edges so with a foam brush we could paint accross the edges and the lettering and graphics came out perfect. But with the rounded edges on this engine cover it's going to stay solid Red. Hope to have some pics with it installed tomorrow if I can get home from the office before it's dark.

Pics of Painted Eco Engine Cover
Following are pics of my painted Engine cover from my FX4 Eco Screw (Red Cover). Also included is a pic of the Lancer Engine we did with painted letters (Blue). As noted on an earlier reply, the Lancer letters had sharp edges so it was easy to hand paint the lettering, but the letters on the Eco cover have rounded edges and after trying to do the lettering in black (which looked like $!##) I decided to put on a few extra coats of paint and keep the Eco cover all Red versus the original planned two tone and black letters (two much work for something you don't see most days). After prep work, first sprayed with an Adhesion Promotor, then used multiple coats of Krylon Fusion Paint, followed by several coats of a Krylon Clear Coat.

so for prep work, you lightly sand right? then the adhesion promoter then primer. would dupli-color work? instead of the fusion by kyrlon? just wondering i was wanting to do mine in the Stirling gray, same color as my truck.

Simply prepped the cover by using paint thinner to clean it up. Then wiped it down with a slightly damp shop towel with a little rubbing alcohol on it as the paint thinner left some minor streaks. Then I used the adhesion promotor that is suppose to help paint adhere to plastic better? Then I painted (the Kyrlon paint notes that Primer is not required so I did not use primer). Regardless of what type of paint you use, read the directions. Also, as the cover flex's a little that is why I used the Krylon Fusion paint as it notes it for Plastic and I know it's flexible from using it on plastic lawn chairs before. Hope this helps.
