Sounds like you need to find a different dealership. How about you video the camera issue when it does it and take in the videos.

Took the service manager for a ride yesterday, he heard it, so it goes in on Tuesday. As for as the camera goes it didn't do it for him. Sometimes I will throw it in reverse and the screen stays black. Happens every day, and for no reason, nothing I'm doing.

I did, the service writer said if its not acting up for them at the time there is nothing they can do. I will have to talk with the service manager if they tell me that this time.
