Question Ecoboost noise

I know the squealing is my right turbo but any ideas on the noise at 7 seconds on the video right after start up happens every morning. No idea what it is, never heard anything like that.

As far as I can tell its the same noise as later. What's wrong with the turbo?

Almost sounds like something on the belt or fan.

Wish I knew, need to break down and buy another one. Only makes noise under boost and comes only from the passenger side. No loss of power that I can notice, just embarrassing

Kind of hard to tell from the vid but I'd start checking for exhaust leaking around the manifold and turbo. Also check for boost leaking too. Make sure all the clamps are tight and there's no torn boots.

Mine makes same noise during cold start on drivers side. They are replacing exhaust manifold under warranty. Oh I did have to pay for new gasket. Go figure. Will let you know if it fixes the problem.

Pretty wicked noises come from that. Not the peaceful sewing machine most EBs are.. Are you tuned by chance?

Could be some exhaust leak or sounds like some part is not getting the lubrication it needs. Isolate the noise. Do the ole mechanic trick and take a very long screwdriver and place on each part and listen to find where it is coming from. Find the right turbo and start there. Hope you still have a warranty..

You have an '11, so maybe it's the vacuum pump up behind the drivers side headlight?
