So after a couple of days of driving here's my opinion on this. It sounds fairly decent for a 6 cylinder but you'll never confuse it with an 8. There is no difference in performance or mileage. The fiance' didn't even realize I had done anything to it until I told her so it's not loud at all inside.

For the $65 it cost me, it's WELL worth it over the cost of a cat back exhaust unless you absolutely believe that an 8' piece of 4" pipe is going to make a HUGE difference in performance because someone told you bigger is better with a turbo engine.

I tried to download your audio clip but it wouldn't download. I also looked for your pics but came up short. Can you repost them please?

I called a couple muffler shops and they both said not to straight pipe it. Both said the interstate drone is bad and the sound isn't great. I wish I could hear one in person.

Straight pipe will sound like a sack of farts and drone your head off between 2-3k rpm.
