Ecoboost knocking/bogging problem

fix?
I was having the same problems in my 2011 ecoboost. Started with surging at low RPM's on hills and pulling... had it re flashed and it helped some... alos had power loss at W.O.T. in rain and wet weather... had a recall for the inner cooler and the put a cover on it... fixed that issue cause the coolers were drawing water.... put an Edge Evolution programmer on the truck at 30k miles and its fixed the surging issue 100%... AT 65K miles i was having major motor issues with miss firing but never any codes other than a bad o2 sensor... replaced the cats and still had issues... turns out the water frome the inner cooler caused the plugs and coil packs to go bad... replaced all six and was covered under Ford... the truck is running strong and I still love the massive power.... the Evo programmer was the best money ive ever spent on a truck.... massive power gains and cleared up a lot of factory fuel saving crap that was causing issues.... hope this helps... took forever to figure out it was the plugs causing the issue!

Were able to find anything out on your bogging down issue? My ecoboost has two problems. It sputters on the highway at consistant speeds. My dealer told me there is a problem with the inter cooler/s causing the engine to bogg down. It's the first of February and I have to wait till late March for the part. They told me they have several trucks waiting for the same fix. The other issue is the transmission. It downshifts at odd intervals very hard and unexpected. They know there is a problem with the 2011 transmission, but they don't know how to fix it. Any help on these issues would be appreciated.
