quick look at intake temps. Not sure where the sensors are on the F150.
Air comng into the filter should be near ambient and won't pick up temp thru filter and into compressor other than what it gains from engine heat under the hood.
Thru the compressor it will go way up - its called heat of compressions, the molecules get hot when they get excited - and out of the intercooler they will go back down BUT they cannot get back down to ambient. Will likely get within 20-25 degrees of ambient depending on heat transfer efficiency of the intercooler.

to get the real temperature, i used a 4 channel data Logger, each sensor went bevor and after the Intercooler. This way you see the real delta.

the OBD aftermarket devices will not read the IAT Temperature. The temperature you see there, it comes from the sensor at the Airbox.

Iat1 is the one next to the airbox and reads about 3-5* of ambient at all times
Iat2 is in the manifold and when data logging with the SCT live link you can see on long hard pulls Iat2 go from near ambient to 110* or more then drop back down . Iat2 on these trucks is the one people want to be looking at. So you dont have to have a 4 channel data logger Just SCT live link much cheaper
And just as you saw with yours Ski, mine reads about 20-25* cooler in all conditions with the FR cooler over the stock cooler

To get rid of the condensation problem, someone needs to put a blow off valve on the bottom of the intercooler. Then move the mass air meter to right before the throttle body. Then the water would just dump on the ground, I had to do this to one of my turbo mustangs.

But the bottom mount blow-off does sound like it would be beneficial to the trucks that are seeing condensation build-up.

What's by the air box,, just a air temperature sensor? Also they could try and remove the air horn on the air box and see if that helps with sucking water. I have a injen intake and have never had the problem.

The thread on shudder proofing your EB suggests a CAI as a possible help because it doesn't get air from the air snorkel and the air it gets from the engine compartment is warmer.
