Ecoboost Intercooler Upgrade made in Germany

Ok, either way great looking unit looking forwards to some data and seeing how beneficial this is to the f150 EB, thank you OP for all your innovation and hard work

Kinda jacking the thread.....but have you heard of a guy named Dustin at Perm tuning? I'm not so sure how much more cooling the intercooler needs to do. If the cooler is already causing condensation then it's working more than good. I wonder if putting a BOV at the intercooler outlet would blow off moisture (to atmosphere) and keep it from making its way to the turbo inlet???? Then again, maybe there isn't enough proof that the potential (or evident) condensation issue is responsible for the stutter. I don't know, I've had a few beers.

That is not to say the engineering and quality of the work is not TOP NOTCH.... it is German afterall right?? lol
A quality kit is NOT $1200....
There are several USA HAND MADE sheet metal kits with stainless mandrel piping right now for half that price.

Understand its not for the EB... but give it time.

Edit: You dont have to pay good money to get good crap... Its all about innovation/RD ( I agree) and greed. On my dsm I got my Megan Racing downpipe (3") for around 100dlls n that was Stainless Steel.
Edit2: Im Drunk

Plus, he went out of his way to make it fit into the stock mounts and hook up to stock piping, making installation a breeze. This isn't a $199 chinese intercooler off ebay with tie-wraps holding it in place!

Thanks for the Feedback! I do need to say, that you cant compare those Generic Intercoolers with sheet Metal Endtanks and our Cooler. Our is made to fit like an OEM Cooler, Plug & Play.
We are scanning the Cars with a 7 Axis Faro Arm tactile and via Laser. This Way we are able to design the Cooler to 100% on the Computer. We are also using a 3D Prototype Printer to Print out the 3D Models and test them on a Car.
All the Cast Moulds are made my CNC 5 Axis Machines , this way we will get exact the Part we designed. We are using the latest Flow Analyse Software to make sure, our design works as perfect as we want to.
Here is a picture, how we collecting the Data of an OEM Intercooler. After, we draw it up and analysing the flow. This gives us a rough Base to start from.
this shows how we scan a Car
i hope this explains a litte bit the Price difference between a Generic Intercooler and my solution...
