Ecoboost Injen Intake DIY Video
When I installed my Injen Intake the other day I wore a GoPro on my head to record the install.
I used my amateur talents to edit the video into this DIY segment just to show how easy and painless the installation actually is.
The video is available in HD if you wish.
Note: I did not follow the manufacturers instructions step-by-step. However, I did read over them first to make sure there wasn't anything critical I was going to mess up by simply removing and replacing the factory unit.
My driving impressions of the unit afterward have been outstanding! Stay tuned as I will be bringing it back to the dyno shop soon.

I will say it was sorta worth the money considering I paid less than MSRP for the intake.
If it yields 20hp then it woulda cost me $12.5 per HP which isn't too bad. Also I like the wrinkle black aesthetic and the increase in audible volume of the turbos spooling.

Great writeup.
Before I do any work on the intake system of any of my vehicles, including 4 motorcycles, is make sure things are very clean around the parts I have to remove. It doesn't take much dust, grit etc. to harm expensive bits inside the motor.
Cheers,
