My EB shifts the same way, does seem very smooth though. Hogfan-I to have the 3.73 along with the EB. I am on my 3rd week. I am averaging 18 mpg with a good mix of city and highway driving. The first was the worst and it got better from there.

My mileage is not quite that high, mine is more like 16.5 wth mixed driving; however, I do like to hear the turbos a bit so that may be partly the cause. See you are in Houston and likely a bit warmer, so mine may increase as we get to warmer weather. Been a long time since I have had a new vehicle (5 new ones in last 5 years) that I truly look forward to driving, puts a smile on my face. IfI have no real issues, this may be one I keep for a bit - really like this engine and te truck as a whole.
