I contacted my locat dealer before hand to quiz the seervice manager about the possibility of warranty cancellation. He said a cat-back exhuast with no alterations to the cats themselves should be fine. He stated that a tuner on the Ecoboost would likely void the warranty. Although they have a request in to Ford to see if the governor could be increased for Police vehicles(maybe responsible drivers too?). He also warned against after market intakes because of larger particulates that could get past and damage the Turbos. He also stated that the Tuner/Exhaust/Intake has to be proven to be the cause of the failure but you run higher risks of failures with the intake or tuner.

My exhaust showed up today. Holy hell! The videos and pictures do no justice to show how large that pipe is. Can't wait to get it on tomorrow.

any feedback I give on performance is purely subjective, but I will give my observations for you to consider.
After first installing it the transmission seemed like it was confused and was shifting into higher gears too early. It seems to be settling down now with a few miles. I also notice the shifts more now that I can hear them.
Power on the low end from a stop seems to be a little less. Power from midrange and up seems better. Again, take my observations with a grain of salt as I have no data, just my *** dyno.
There is drone from about 2,200 - 2,500 rpm. before and after this rpm band the increased cab noise is minimal. Highway speeds I can't tell I changed the exhaust.
I cant give an MPG evaluation yet, but I did increase my Lie-O-Meter by 2 tenths driving around town getting a feel for the new exhaust.
Turbo whistle is present outside, but I didn't notice it while driving.
Installation was quick and easy with 2 people. With one person I could see it being a pain in the ****.

Ok, here are some comparision pictures so you can get an idea of how massive this exhaust is.
First up is two pictures of the Heartthrob HVS muffler compared to the stock muffler I removed from my 1978 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham 440. The HVS is round vs an oval.
Next I held the tail pipe section up next to the stock tail pipe.
and now a look into the belly of the beast. I was surprised it wasn't a straight flow through design. Pleasantly surprised.
And finally a comparison of the pipes that bolt up behind the Cats.
