Turns out my muffler bearings were seized...

But seriously, the PHAZERS were not the fix. They suggested putting a new block in..I said yeah right. Now they're dropping a brand new engine in. Still they do not know what the problem is. I assume that they're sending it to Ford to have there engineers take it apart.

My question is why are there so many meat heads on this forum. Do people really have enough spare time to post pointless comments or think they're funny in doing so... I just wanted to see if any one has had the same issue as me or heard of it..

Really??? It was a joke. I doubt that I know the specific item is, much less if that is the correct spelling. Never heard of a phazer/phazor/fazer in any type of car.

Please people, stop the posts about it is a small fraction of the engines that fail speech. That is not too comforting to the guys that have to watch there 40-50k investment in a Ford product disappear/blow up. Whether is it covered under warranty is irrelavent to the failed product. Ford boasted on the reliability of this ecoboost and whether its 1 or 2 percent or 20 percent of issues, there R/D was not as reliable as advertised. I have an ecoboost and just like a bass boat engine you hear the same stories of engine failure whether its Merc,Evin/Yam. You hope yours is one of the good ones. I hope my ecoboost is one that gives me years of enjoyment, but if mine is plagued with issues like many on here who post there problems then I will be pissed also. Nobody likes to spend top dollar for there truck and cant even get 10k on it before something fails. Good luck to all that have to deal with there issues and hope they can be fixed and move on for many years of no issues and enjoyment with there trucks.
