Looks like Ford Racing and Michael Shank did the record. 222mph lap at Daytona Oval.

Here is a great article about the ecoboost engine and it's similarity to the stock engine. This configuration is putting out 600hp.

Good PR for Ford and the V6 engine. I can't wait to see it racing next year.
