I have a rubber mat in the garage. It's just if I park in drive or someone else's drive I don't want to leave a oil stain. I guess I will see how the rag works out and see if it drops much on it.

It Diluted in a water mix dripping out and will not stay a stain forever. The oil an water cling with each other in the CAC when hot an cooling down from a combustion by product and water vapor ( in the air and from the crankcase + the oil vapors and condensate). Keep a bag of oil dry handy and broom it around as you like.

I've had mine drilled for a year or so now and haven't had one drop on my driveway ........yet
But under my truck has a nice oil coating from the hole to about two foot back

Default 3.5eco in a 11 Lincoln MKT

I'm looking to drill a hole in my inter cooler on my wife's 3.5 Eco. The videos I've found only show the f150. And the Lincoln forums I haven't been able to find any info. From what I'm looking at the IC is different than on the f150 can anyone help me with the location of the IC on a mkt and do you know if it's the same style?

No idea if its the same but its the same process. Find the low point in the intercooler and drill the hole.

Can someone refer me to a YouTube link on drilling the hole? I searched YouTube but haven't found a good video on it. Is the hole drilled in the CAC itself or the tubing?
