Ok, didn't know the pipe dropped that much while connected to the full race. Knew that one is mounted higher

If you drilled the hole and the issue persisted you had something else major going on. The constant drip should have been a indicator that you should stop driving the truck and pin point the source.

Plus the full race pipes enter and exit on the bottom of the IC...I don't think you had condensation it had to have been something else

Hole on lowest point of host just past exit on intercooler and I even drilled it out to 1/8" when I felt it possibly wasn't a big enough hole to get it out and was possibly clogging... and ive been a mechanic and built vehicles for the last 30 years. I know hole was even starting to sacrifice of turbo pressure
BUT.... did you also change spark plugs too???? You need new sp534 plugs gapped to .030. Do this and see what changes. Plugs last 20k miles..... That's it

I just drilled the 1/16th weep hole and I thought I'd share some results.

Was really hesitant to drill this weep hole but after watching numerous youtube videos and reading multiple threads, I was convinced.

A little backstory on my truck. It's a 2012 Ecoboost with 60k miles. I have had the hesitation issue several times and even had a coil/plug replaced under warranty due to water ingestion. Ford has done multiple TSB's and "fixes" for my truck, I was still a little nervous about condensation getting into the engine. I recently surpassed my 5yr/60k miles powertrain warranty and figured drilling the weep hole would be cheap insurance going forward.

Anyways - drilled the weep hole and nothing really came out. I walked away for a little bit and moisture had started to gather around the hole. I started the truck up and revved it a few times and, what appeared to be oil, sprayed out. I was expecting a little more water but is it normal to have oil come out?

Just went on a 150 mile round trip with 2 WOT pulls. This is what I saw when I looked under the truck. Looks like a damn oil spill!! YIKES!

Reason being...the truck doesn't build boost when in Park...only in drive gears. You would have needed to put the truck in Drive and stand on the brake while applying a bit of throttle to get anything to shoot out of the weep hole while not moving.

Glad to see that you've expelled the nasty.

Another question for you guys - will the underside of my truck always look like this? Seems like it vented a lot of oil. I'm hoping this is just whats collected over the years and will eventually slow down once it's all blown out.

Thoughts?

I have an extended warranty and I drilled the hole. I would deny and counter accuse if they said anything...
