Yes maybe the 2015 3.5L Ecoboost won't have to be drilled. Gosh I never thought of that. LOL Cause that would mean the 11 thru 14 were immaterial problems to solve with a hole.

Since the hole is a no brainer.

Did the weep hole this last weekend, it was ridiculous how much condensation wasa stored in the IC. Still i'm warming the truck and blowing off the condensation, but definitely this idea has done the trick, no shruddering at all. My truck has SCT with 5* 93 performance tune, K&N CAI and S-Works SS 4" Catback exhaust. It runs like a monster, even beating STI's.

Luckily in Oklahoma 2 blocks are more like miles between the lights in town. Lol

I bought my 2012 XLT with 70,000 miles. Next day I drove it to Stillwater in the pouring rain. Had the misfire issue. (I was completely unaware of the issue before) Paniced, thinking I bought a lemon. Re-joined this forum, replaced 6 plugs and gapped them to .028, replaced 6 ignition coils, and drilled the hole. All is right in the world again. No misfires since, and I drove it in the pouring rain a good distance again to test it. Here are some picks of the crap that came out right after I drilled the hole. It was a perfect day here in OKC when this crap came out. Happy with my decision.
