This morning it was crazy foggy. Got to the job site and had a look and there was wetness around the weep hole on the plastic. Still no drips though so it either won't come out of the hole without some pressure or it's blowing it all out.

I bet it is blowing out.

Same here, with a 1/16th hole. It always has a little dark spot around the hole if driven for any length of time, but never drips when parked. Positive pressure should keep it all blown out.

So the hole works then? I had latest tsb done , was in a heavy rain storm and. The truck shuddered. Bad , I cleared it quickly with gas pedal, time for a fix, ford can't get it right yet ,

The weep hole seems like the only thing that really makes sense. I will have to take a look at doing it to my Wagner IC.

I hope this ends up eliminating the issue for you guys. It'd be interesting to see if you could put some sort of catch can there to see how much blow out there is.

Haha maybe wwest wasnt so crazy after all!

Well heck! I figured out a way to see if the psi was correct and damn! I hate when I'm wrong. I took this pic with just my ignition on, the truck was not running. Easy fix, you can put a 1-3 psi check valve in the hole.

Where is the sensor physically located (the 1 reading 14.4)

I'm guessing 14.4 is atmospheric in manifold? What's your altitude?

That's kind of what I thought... you have the same pressure at 70 with the cruise set as stopped with the engine off (14.4psia=0psig where ever you are apparently)
