Default 2013 F150 5.0 Limp mode

Just fixed a leaking heater core hose BUT now the truck is stuck in limp mode.
After completing the repair and putting the intake back on, started the truck but the engine light, Active Stability and hill descent control warnings popped up... After idling fine for a while I went for a short drive and the engine is definitely in limp mode. (throttle bogs down and wont shift into 6th gear.) Tried the factory TPS reset procedure a few times...nothing. Last night I disconnected the negative battery cable, and let it sit for about 15 minutes before reconnecting it. Let the truck sit over night for about 15 hours before trying to start it again. Same warning lights. Tried the TPS relearn procedure again, but now it is just idling even lower/rougher.

I'm thinking I may have messed up my TPS sensor or throttle body.
Mistake One
Like a fool I never disconnected the negative battery cable and had left my windows down.
Turned key on (engine off) just to put windows the up and turned key off but thinking it messed up the computer during those 30 seconds?
Mistake Two
I used some dielectric grease on the inside of the new heater hose ends before I installed it. Went I went to put the intake tube back on I put a small amount on the outside of the throttle body and used my greasy fingers to just wipe away some dust on the inner TB lip. Used a old white cotton under shirt to wipe off some carbon build up inside the TBody, only moving the blade tiny bit. Wasn't stuck or anything but maybe the small film of grease is making it stick?

Game Plan
Going to disconnect the negative batt cable, remove the intake tube assembly again, clean the T body with actual Throttle Body cleaner using a clean towel like I should have done the first time. Reconnect the neg batt, let it sit another 12 hrs & "re-learn" then try the TPS "re-learn" procedure again.

Hoping I didn't damage anything... crazy how a disconnected intake tube would cause this much trouble with a just a quick key on to put my windows up. Never even started the damn thing! IF this doesn't fix it, should I try to just drive it on some back roads until skynet becomes self aware again?

Any tips, comments or pointers welcome!

Thanks!

Figure out my issue!

Hooked up my code reader and discovered an intake temp sensor fault.

Disconnected the battery, removed the intake tube again and noticed that the the intake temp sensor wasn't plugged in!

Felt pretty dumb after all of this posting and worrying but hooked it all back up and all the codes disappeared. Trucks running like a champ!

What a relief!

TB could use a good cleaning but just lightly wiped the outside of it with a micro fiber

Forgot I had this code reader, work like a charm though!
