Default Ecoboost Aeroforce Interceptor gauge, help

Im sure there are a few guys using an Interceptor with an Ecoboost.

Have a few questions that I cant get answered. Which Platform are you using? I have choices 1-4, cant find a definitive answer anywhere.

Also, which parameters are you monitoring and if applicable what do you have the annunciator set for.

I am currently running it on Platform 4, monitoring boost and knock retard. I feel like the boost gauge is off. At one point I was running boost and boost desired on top of one another and they never matched up when in boost. It was my understanding that boost desired (dsrd) just read in boost and displayed 0 when in vacuum.

Any help is greatly appreciated, PM if youd like.

At this point im really disappointed in the gauge. It feels ultra cheap and poorly designed. I have signed up for their forums (their form of customer service) but have yet to be accepted as a member yet....wtf!

Unless there is some serious improvement on their part I would NOT recommend this product.

I use platform 4, also.

I monitor several different things depending on my mood.

I don't have the annunciator setup.
I've activated iat1 & 2, charge air temp, mph, throttle percentage, afr, cat temps, boost, knock, load, and coolant temp.

There may be more, but that's what I look at most of the time.

Yes, there's afr and lambda...I couldn't get lambda to work.

Can't remember what afr was called...
But, there's an instruction .pdf you can download and print. It shows a list of pids that are available.

PM sent BucketMan, I couldn't get lambda to work either. AFR is B1S1 and B2S1 EQ RAT. Definitely download and print out the instruction .pdf including Platform 4.

Good Lord i've Google'd and searched and cant find it anywhere. All I can find are the Platform 1,2 and 3 parameters, anyone have a link to Platform 4 please?
All I get are these 2:
http://www.aeroforcetech.com/files/I...AL_rev_2_7.pdf

http://aeroforcetech.com/files/parameters_features.pdf

Again, the sheer difficulty obtaining any kind of assistance or useful information with this thing is mind blowing. How does this company exist? Id love to call them and actually speak with them.......but yeah....no phone number. Cant imagine why. Morons...

Platform 4 isn't on that sheet any more...

But I did find this, if you're so inclined.

That is their only means of customer support.
*Though I have found them to be responsive.
