This post is quite disturbing, there are a lot of things I don't understand. You emailed us questions the first and only time on Sat. 8/16, your questions were answered Monday 8/17 when we were back at work. We have a tech forum that is live 24/7, but I understand you could not get the auto approval. I manually approved you on the 17th as well, although I have no idea why it wouldn't work automatically, there have been no other issues with anyone.
The manual, found here on our Manuals page linked from the top of each page on our website,:
http://aeroforcetech.com/files/Inter...L_rev_3_81.pdf
is clear that platform 4 is what you need, and the platform 4 parameters are all listed on page 25/26 in the Ford Appendix. Someone said that platform 4 isn't on the sheet any more, not sure what you meant, they've always been there. I just checked it and this version, 3.8.1 has been up since last spring.
Bucketman, I sent you an email first chance I got on Monday, never heard back. I don't know what more we or any company can do than what we have for you. You wrote us your questions on Sat. and we responded on Monday. Regarding the forum, obviously something unusual is going on with our server and your email client if you did not get a response email. Did you check your spam folder, blocked by a filter?
Our gauges are made in the USA with the highest quality parts available. We don't glue on a plastic bezel or crimp on a cheap paper thin piece of stamped steel, our bezels are a machined piece of aluminum that you can screw on/off and allows you to customize your gauge with countless different faces and bezel combinations. We added separated high intensity warning lights rather than just change the color of the display when an alarm is triggered, to make the display easier to read in this situation as well as give an overall higher quality appearance. The buttons we use and have used since 2004 virtually never fail, we've had to replace maybe 2-3 out of tens of thousands.
Anyway, we've worked hard since 2004 to build a satisfied customer base and provide timely customer support through a variety of formats. I don't know if you bothered to watch our videos, you certainly didn't give us much (any) time to reply to your email. It's a shame to see a public post such as this before you gave us a chance to work with you on your questions.

This may be a great time to reflect on the website's ease of use. It would appear that locating the proper manual is incredibly difficult for the end user.

that is provided on your web site. FYI ... There are no platform 4 parameters for Ford (CAN) vehicles or for that matter any other vehicle. So ... It would appear that there is a disconnect between the 2 documents that are provided.
BTW ... Have purchased SEVERAL of the Interceptor gauges over the years; the 1st being in 2006 and the last one just last year. And ... As a VERY SATISFIED customer have frequently recommended your product(s).

http://aeroforcetech.com/manuals.html
you'll see all the manuals in numerical order and if you look down the list a little way you'll see the V3.8.1 manual.
That seemed the most straight forward to me.
I'm open to a clearer way of doing this if you want to suggest one. Thanks.
