I saw that but that'd be like saying the 5.4 the pickup used was as good as the 5.4 the ford GT had. Or maybe a better one is the 4.6 in the 1993 Grand Marquis is th same as the dohc svt mustang. The pickup doesn't have the 5.0 on the list.

Could you please explain to me the differences between a 5.0L in the 2011 Mustang and a 5.0L in a 2011 F150?

buy whatever floats yr boat... I tested both the eco and the 5.0 and bought the eco. I could really care less that eco gets better milage or not as the test drive between the two engines I liked the eco alot better and bought one. It`s easy to diss the eco if you have never driven one or have buyers remorse with the 5.0
