Man that sure is a bucket of mud in your face... The worst outcome from a new vehicle purchase. Hope things turnout for the best.

Nice of the dealer to just swap it out. Bummer to see the same problems with the new design of CAC.

Take the swap the dealer has offered, chances are it won't have the same issues, only about 1% of the turbo trucks have severe issues.

BucketMan,

I live in Chesapeake, VA. I bought the truck from the DC area (Sterling).

Crummy situation. Good on the dealer to do the swap for you.

Hopefully no more issues from here on out!

So I finally got the service department to give me an answer and they were told by Ford that the problem was just a crank case sensor. I have a hard time believing that but I guess I don't have a choice. They ordered a new one and it will be in tomorrow so we will see what happens. I talked to the GM from the dealership I bought it from and they won't do a trade and he said that Ford will only buy it back if they have to replace the same thing more then three times. So at this point no one really cares to much that this truck only has 255 miles on it and I have had it in my driveway for less then 12 hours so far.
