SCT came out with an all new programmer today, called "the search function 2000"

Full potential for what? Take a look at the 1/4 mile thread and read what tune has the most top spots if what you want is speed. 5star gets rave reviews for great all around tunes. All of the info is out there, just use the search function. This thread could get ugly but my guess is you'll have lots of posters saying the same few tuners. Good luck with your choice.

They are all very similar in total power numbers. Just how they bring the power on and hold it that makes the difference.

Take a look at the livernois tuners. They are posting some very impressive numbers on the track, in the 12's.

It depends what you're looking for. The Livernois tune will probably net you the best time slips. Others may net you the best #s on the dyno.

I own both the Livernois 93 v2 and the 5 star 93 perf/tow. I use the v2 for everyday driving because its just a really fast tune and drives really good. When I tow my 20' bass boat I switch it to 5* because it has more low end torque for towing. If I had to choose 1 it would be the Livernois v2 and you get 4 tunes with it too. On the other hand if you tow a lot I would go with the 5*.
