I have the autolite numbers, I didn't do much research into the ngks as no one had them around here anyway.

Same as stock - xp5325
One step cooler - xp5364

I did the 5364s today, at .32
Will check it out as the weekend gets here.

The local o'reillys had both in stock.

Mine were .035 to .037 and I regapped to .033. Truck was built end of January 2012.

Have never had any shudder issues, but have had loss of power twice in high humidity. So much for plug gap being the issue here. At least I know they are properly gapped.

One other thing I did notice was that the plugs were very clean @ 11k miles. 80% of the gas run through it has been 91 octane nonethanol gas. Dont know if this has anything to do with it or not.

Mine were incredibly clean as well. I've ran Shell 91 no ethanol almost entirely. Just a slight light brown colouring.

Here is one step cooler.

I just got off the phone with NGK tech support. They told me that the Ford OE plugs in our trucks were made by them and are there Iridium OE line. However they are not the IX line that also has an iridium electrode. I told him my modifications(aftermarket tune of 60+ more hp) and he said he would recommend going one plug cooler which is a part number of a LTR7IX-11 or under the store numbers of 6510 in their Iridium IX line. He told me the least he would recommend going with the gap was .034 to.032 at the least. I hope this info helps others.

It doesn't look like a fresh crack, but not sure. This would explain a few things that I have noticed over the past couple of weeks though. I was wondering if anyone knows the NGK Iridium IX part number or the one step cooler plug? I wanted change out to one step cooler plugs since I got my tuner anyways, and now this gave me a reason.
The NGK part number is LFR7AIX.

On my first cup too. Airport hopping all day. Just making sure on the gap. Doing mine next week when I get home. I'm not too keen on the ridiculous small gap some are recommending. You want to run the biggest gap your coils can ignite without blowout, too maximize efficiency and what not.

The LTR7IX-11(6510) was what the tech support at NGK told me what crossed from there OE line that goes in our trucks to their Iridium IX line. I can call back and check again if you'ld like, but I am just going by what they told me. Their info is below if you want to cantact them as well.
