I'm pretty sure there is no hole in the manifold to thread it in to.

You could cut a bolt and glue it on so it looks like it's there!

Default Just Installed new plugs

I have a 2011 with 82000 miles on it. Had a very bad misfire with any more that about 20% throttle. Of the line to about 30 mph fine then started to shutter, add throttle and misfire and shaking. More throttle more misfires, poured out black smoke, cec flashing, no limp mode.

New plugs installed XP53363 gapped to 32. Old plugs were gapped to 42 - 45.

No more misfires or lack of power, pulls strong idles smooth. will update on fuel economy.

My MPG has gone up from 15.8 mpg avg to 16.2 mpg since I gapped the plugs. Idle sounds a hell of a lot smoother! Doesn't have DI ping as bad when idling. I've also noticed that when coming off the throttle then immediately lightly giving it more I used to hear and feel a hollow series of "pops" and feel a slight hesitation. That's gone. Very happy with the results!

The old motorcraft number is sp-528, new is sp-534. Sp-534 comes gapped .30 in box.
