Eco spark plug gap

Really at a point where I don't know what to do with my truck.
Truck had latest intercooler TSB done 2 months ago, felt very powerful for a few days after then dropped off and misfire came back.
I put in new SP-528's about 1.5-2 months ago I believe, gapped to .032. Truck again felt very powerful for a couple days...then dropped off again. But misfire wasn't really noticeable.
Been driving on these for like I said 1.5-2 months, several thousand miles. Still feels very lacking in the power dept. Haven't noticed an all out misfire like before but sometimes it seems like it hesitates...like the RPM's don't move up at certain points.
Think I am going to put in the SP-534's soon as I get a chance...however I am turkey hunting the next 2 weekends so may be a couple weeks.
Some say the new I/C is a POS causing lack of power...some say plugs...some say coils. What do I try? How much money do I have to throw at a truck still in powertrain warranty?
I think my next step is the SP-534's and try them a couple thousand miles. Then do I buy aftermarket coils and install? Then I need to make the decision of having the dealer look at it again and trying to lemon, or putting on an aftermarket I/C and tune...cause as soon as I do that they are going to blame everything on that. My biggest concern is with all my issues...adding a tune is going to wreck something.
Just wish it ran like the first day I had it. Thats all I want.

Are you getting a CEL? If so do you have a way to check it? Mine ended up being fixed completely after a spark plug regap and one coil being replaced. It mainly only misfired on the tune, but still did not run that good stock. I believe it was the coil more than the spark plug gap though.

better looking than geno
Hey, curious --- what is your mpg? My sucks at 17 average on highway I travelled 20 times. It used to be 19.8 mpg and best 20.1. I'm not seeing any fuel milage improvement with recent MPT tune 87 economy with chilled.
Maybe I should ask Mike from MPT...but wanted you to answer what kinds of mileage your experiencing. It seems the cold weather is almost over, been getting low 15s to 17.8 tops. Need a real solution here!

Eco sparked plugs sucks!
Seems to be many here finding a variance in their plug gaps and they are mentioned in many threads. Thought I would start one to maybe list your stock gap if it was indeed out.
If its out of spec and you changed it, let us know what it was and if it helped resolve any issues such as the 55 mph shudder and rough idle.
Stock is 0.035 and torqued to 133 in/lbs ( this was posted previously by another member, thanks!)
On this note, I did check mine today.
2 were at 0.039
3 were at 0.037
1 was at 0.036
I regapped all to 0.034
The 2 at 039 had a bit of carbon on the side electrode
I have the 55 shudder and will report back if it's any better.

Never had a CEL with the complete loss of power or misfires.

Does anybody know how many ohms the primary and secondary resistance of these coils should read?

Sorry I'm no help, though.
Edit: Be sure to check primary and secondary both to ground, and also primary to secondary. If someone has an OEM service manual or if Haynes is out yet, it should have the values.

Just bought a set of 534's and the guy at the parts desk told me I would void my warranty if I put that plug in an f150 as it was not designed for the fuel mapping. I bought them anyway and will try and find time to install tomorrow. Hopefully it will fix the misfire and limp mode.
