Not sure myself on the iridium, someone will tune in though.
How were the gaps on yours?

Yes, iridium, made by ngk. Same as their "OEM" line. Cheeper version of what they normally sale at the local parts store.

Re-gaped my OEM plugs this weekend. Yes they are iridium plugs. All of mine were gaped between .040-.042. I set them all to .035.

It seems like it runs better, but I can't really tell since it was a perfect 55F outside this morning.

I re-gapped mine to 0.030" and the truck runs better all together. It idles smoother and hasn't had any miss/shudders at all. At 31,000 miles of mostly being "tuned" (95% of the time) the plugs look awesome, no sign of anything unhappy going on in the cylinders that I could tell.

35 38 38 37 38 39 . swapped to 6510s at 35. idles smoother, accelerates with no hesitations mid rev. will see how mileage suffers.

all my plugs were GROSSLY over torqued from the factory. nearly twice the factory torque specs on one of them.

Which ones were the 6510s again? I did the autolite xp5364 (one step colder) @ .32 this time (torrie said .30 on the stocks for his 93 big tune but I'm testing)...got 21.5 MPG on the hour to the track Saturday and then ran a 13.947. I don't think the one step colder is hurting a thing. We'll see how the mileage does after some longer trips, but I usually run a less aggressive tune day to day, usually the 5star 93 perf/tow. Before and after plug swaps my average is 19.3 with that tune normal driving...
