And to your point it's best to keep dealing with the dealership to resolve the issues. That's funny this is a issue Ford Canada should be stepping up to the plate saying this isn't normal or right and should stand behind their "built Ford tough trucks". In other words what your telling me is "keep paying buddy keep paying"
Exactly! First brand new vehicle I ever owned. It was so disappointing, after buying a extended warranty, that we have to fight and yell and kick and scream to use it.

Bummer...did you do it through the dealer, or through a PM here?

Parts have a 2 yr unlimited mileage warranty. Labour not included. Warranty work is not valid.

You're willingly participating in this mess. Find your local non ford dealer(so they can't see your service record and still give you fair trade in value), pick out a nice non ford truck(don't go with a ford, someone else probably dumped it like you are), and trade it in. By the time you wait for the truck you think you want, you'll be 20k in the hole and have no hair left.

Default Second time at dealer with rattle

Can someone give me some details on the rattle upon start sound my truck is making. This is my second time at dealer with the same problem. They changed timing chain first time. is there anyone here who has actually had this noise go away for good? What did you have to do?
