Default ECO Gauge pod in the works

We have been working hard on a new pod for the Trucks and Cars. Here is our prototype with a PLX digital gauge. We are also working with a major gauge manufacturer on a ECO-specific boost gauge. Thoughts? Thank you!

I would really like a boost gauge There's my thought hehe - It looks good there I think, but on my XLT truck without the speaker in the pillar I would want to slide it down as close to the dash as possible

Not bad. I'd also be open to mounting on top of the steering column. And I'd love to add those factory speakers to my XLT. :-)

My new EB is due in next week.....I'd like to put a boost gauge in it. I really don't like the pillar gauges....but am very interested in a vent pod gauge mount.

I might be more favorable of the pillar mount if it were closer to the dash.

If the price and look is right I would do it. I don't want a ricer type, bright gauge. An eco-boost specific gauge that matches the factory backlighting would be awesome. Mechanical would be fine as a lesser expensive option. -15 to 20 sweep would be perfect

The biggest problem I have with "vent" type pods is that they are out of the line of sight. We considered making one early on.

I have the optional 4.2" LCD screen - and there's sooo obviously a missing gauge in it (When you select gauges, you can push the right arrow to get to the 2nd gauge, and it's just blank). Why Ford didn't just put a boost gauge in it...

Anyway, top of the steering column won't work in my case because it would block the view of the LCD screen

I wondered that too. It is reading pressure off the MAP and would only have to dislpay it in this area.
