Default Eco Boost re-gear

So recently i installed a 4 inch lift and 325/65/18 bfg's and now my power has suffered. My truck came with 3.73 eld and wondering what ratio would be best 4.10 or 4.56? I do 90% city 10% highway. I'm leaning towards 4.56 because from 3.73 to 4.10 its only about a 0.40 increase in ratio, which doesn't seem worth the money. Any input would be appreciated Thanks!

I run 4.56's in my Jeep with 35's. That seems to be the sweet spot.

Although I have not looked into it several have posted that the only place to get the 2011 gears is from Ford. There are no aftermarkets being made yet. The pinion is different or something from previous years. If this is the case 4.10's is all you can get right now.
