How normal is some blow by where the charge tubes clamp on? The left turbo has enough oily residue to attract enough dust to make it noticeable, while the right side is clean. Also have some residue at the IC where the left charge pipe clamps on!

It is an 11 w/42k. Seems to be running fine! Just wondering how concerned one should be?

This is a common problem see how much was in my intercooler

I do know full race is working on a catch can for our trucks

I knew some blow by is normal, it just annoys me that some connections seem to leak despite the clamps being tight!
I guess I will let her buck!

Some do, some don't. My truck has the same thing going on. You should've seen how much was leaking when the bottom of my IC cracked open. I'll stick a catch can on it one of these days.

When I pulled my OE I/C out to install the Full-Race I/C, the OE unit had zero condensation and zero oil in it. 5100 miles, winter driving only (bought the truck in late October '12), mixed driving, no towing. There was a little bit of wetness(oil) inside one of the hot side pipes when I removed the OE coupler. But it was very, very minor. I forget from which turbo that pipe came from. It was the lower one.

The lower pipe is the one the the PCV system ties into near the turbo so that makes perfect sense I did have 27,000 miles and that could be the extra oil that I seen
