I dont know what they did. All I know is I have b4 pics with no scratch and after pics with it. What pisses me off is its white tricoat so I know it will never match again... and the big grease print on it which leads me to believe that whoever did it knows they did it...

Yes sir. I haven't figured out how it got scratched there, it's kind of a strange spot... all I can say is we are glad we washed It and took pictures before we dropped it off!
